Experience - A diving trip to the Philippines is something you can do more than once and a liveaboard to the Tubbataha reefs in the Sulu Sea is perhaps the ultimate experience. Here in the middle of the sea  you can experience several different species of shark on one and the same dive. Sharks patrol the reefs and some of the species you may see are whale sharks, hammerhead sharks, thresher sharks, guitar sharks, tiger sharks, nurse sharks, silvertips, various reef sharks and many, many more. Today, Tubbataha reefs offer one of the world's best diving spots, where very few can come every year. The weather here makes it impossible to go for large parts of the year, which means that the reefs thrive and remain in very good condition. Only a few liveaboarders go here each year and it is often fully booked far in advance.

Tubbataha reefs in the Philippines are perhaps one of the world's most talked about diving destinations and there are reasons why. There are amazing coral walls, sponges, black coral and gorgonians extending from steep rock walls, echinoderms, octopuses, crustaceans and an incredible variety of fish color and enliven this environment. You are out in the middle of the Sulu Sea, far away from most things. Getting the chance to come here is incredible because there are very few boats that go here and they are often fully booked well in advance. Your accommodation - You will have two nights of shore accommodation on your dive trip to the Philippines and liveaboard to Tubbataha. A night in Manila, where you stay and can recharge after a long journey and time to have breakfast in peace. You will then fly to Puerto Princesa and stay overnight to really recharge your diving appetite and catch up with the time change before heading out to sea. The accommodation on board the Infiniti liveaboard is very good and on the liveaboard you enjoy air-conditioned cabins with plenty of space, a nice sun deck and in the spacious dining room/lounge you have a natural gathering place after the day's diving. The food served on board is very good overall and of high quality.

The reefs of Tubbataha consist largely of vertical walls rising from the depths of the sea. The shallow reefs that have formed on top of the underwater mountains are where the local fish life thrives. Stingrays, marble rays, spiny lobster and reef sharks are common. Angelfish, butterfly fish, rainbow runners, moorish idols, fusiliers, jacks, snappers and sweetlips follow you as you swim around the reefs. At a majority of the dive sites you can also see large trevallies, tuna, barracuda and gray and white tip reef sharks, while manta rays and eagle rays are ephemeral visitors. Green and hawkbill turtles are the most common turtles residing in the national park. Groupers and wrasse are often seen among the reefs and on a few occasions guests have witnessed hammerheads and silvertip sharks. Tubbataha is a fantastic dive site and many who have the pleasure of diving here say it is among the best dive sites in the world.

Few places in the world can offer as many different species of shark as you can see during one and the same dive. whale sharks, reef sharks, silver tips, tiger sharks, hammerhead sharks, mantas, eagle rays, guitar sharks and many other species can be experienced at this unique, exciting and fantastic diving destination.

Itinerary - Day by day

Day 1
You leave Scandinavia and fly to Manila in the Philippines

Day 2
Arrival in Manila and here is immigration and then a night at the airport hotel

Day 3
After breakfast, fly to Puerto Princessa and transfer to overnight accommodation, Free day in Puerto Princessa

Day 4
Transfer to your liveaboard, Infiniti and when everyone is on board it's off to Tubbataha

Day 4 - 10
06 nights accommodation part in a double room including breakfast
Up to 5 dives / day including tank, weights, guide, boat

Day 10
Transfer to the airport, fly back to Manila and on to Scandinavia or for those who choose to book an extension program for further adventures
