Dive Center - SeaStar Watersports Aqaba
Seastar Watersports was founded in 1988 and was then Aqaba's first PADI IDC Centre. They have been under British management ever since. Until today, they have trained thousands of divers from all over the world. Everything from beginners to instructors. Many different organizations such as the British Defense Force as well as local and international companies have also been trained here.
Seastar offers a wide range of diving courses, PADI, with everything from beginners up to professional level. Technical TDI courses up to advanced Trimix are also available for those who wish. In addition to courses, they also offer recreational diving and guided technical dives. They can also arrange boat diving on request. Experience the beautiful underwater world of the Red Sea and Jordan without the crowds. Seastar will bring you the best possible diving that Aqaba and the Red Sea have to offer.
Almost all diving in Jordan is done from land. Live aboard is not available as it is not permitted to lie out at sea overnight. Jordan's coast is also not that long, so you can easily reach all places by car. Diving from a boat can be done but is hardly necessary as basically all dive sites can be reached directly from land. Don't miss diving on all the exciting wrecks that have been sunk here. Here you can experience tanks, helicopters and airplanes that today form a very exciting artificial reef. More and more marine life is also drawn here.
