Solmar V liveaboard offers diving along the west coast of Mexico. These are really exciting diving trips where you have the opportunity to experience some of the world's largest pelagic animals. Whales, dolphins, killer whales, whale sharks, various species of shark and various rays including huge manta rays. At Socorro or Revillagigedo Islands you have the opportunity to see over 10 different species of shark, dolphins and even the chance to dive with killer whales. During the spring, humpback whales come here. NOTE that the boat requires that you have at least 50 dives to go with it to Socorro and have the corresponding AOW certificate. You can go with an OW certificate, but then you have to do a course on board.
If you go on a diving trip to the Sea of Cortez, you also have the opportunity to experience the real supergiants of the sea such as blue whales and gray whales and more. Socorro offers diving that you will remember for a lifetime. It is easy to dive from the Solmar V liveaboard as the vessel has a spacious diving deck. Here you also have a multi-level camera table, rinsing tanks and fresh water showers. There is also a diving tender that makes it easy to get to and from the dive sites.
Nitrox is included on board Sommar V and is mandatory for everyone. On the dive deck there is room to take care of cameras and other equipment. For those who want to experience diving in Mexico and the Pacific with Socorro, Guadalupe* and Sea of Cortez, this is a nice and appreciated live board. Contact us for more information and booking. These tours are popular so book your diving trip in time.
Guadalupe Island was unfortunately closed for diving by the Mexican authorities in January 2023, which is why liveaboards there with white shark diving unfortunately cannot be arranged until further notice.
