This liveaboard has set a new standard and new level for liveaboarding The red sea. The Red Sea Explorer is designed to provide maximum space, comfort, quality and safety. The liveaboard is built in steel, which is superior to the wooden structures that otherwise dominate diving trips in the Red Sea and Egypt's liveaboard market.
As a customer, you will notice the size of the liveaboard when you see the cabins. On board there are four different types of cabins. Superior lower deck, Superior upper deck, Master cabin and Royal Suite. All cabins are equipped with panoramic windows, spacious bathrooms, large beds (single bed or queen / king size) and TV.
Lovely days on board and high standard
This floating 5-star liveaboard is for you who have high demands and expectations. On board Red Sea Explorer, three delicious buffets and meals are served a day. Snacks in the afternoon as well as coffee, tea, water and soft drinks are also included. For a fee, there are local wines and beers ready to be served as well. Meals during your diving trip start with dinner on the first day and end with breakfast on your last day on board.
A safari with MY Red Sea Explorer leaves little to be desired. Normally there will be three to four dives per day including night dives. On the first and last day of the cruise, two to three dives are made.
Before each dive there will be a detailed briefing. Normally there are two experienced guides on board. 12 liter aluminum bottles and weights with weight belts are included on board. The bottles are available with both DIN and INT taps. For those who want 15 liter tanks or rental equipment, it is available if you book in advance. Nitrox 32% is available on board and it is free for you who are a certified nitrox diver.
On the diving deck and diving platform there are showers with fresh water, sinks, toilets, and boxes with space for storing equipment and cameras. There are also several rinses with fresh water here. The diving is done either from one of the two spacious 6 meter long and 2,45 meter wide zodiacs or directly from the diving platform. Divers need a minimum of 50 dives to join the Red Sea and Egypt diving trips offered. Generally, the maximum depth is 40 meters.
Used on board ENOS is used on board. ENOS is a GPS-based distress detection system for divers. You can watch the video below. Use of dive computer and an SMB when diving is mandatory! Superior Lower Deck
There are four Superior Lower Deck cabins (approx. 25m²) with panoramic windows, single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet (including 1 family cabin for 2 adults and 1 child with a double bed and the 3rd bed as a sofa bed). The spacious and comfortable lower cabins are also equipped with air conditioning, TV, bathrobes and towels.
Superior Upper Deck
There are four Superior upper deck cabins (approx. 20m²) with large windows, double and single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet. These elegant Superior upper deck cabins with a double bed and single beds are identically furnished to the lower deck cabins.
Master Cabin
There are three Master Cabin cabins (approx. 22m²) with large windows, double bed and single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet. These suites are located on the ship's main deck and also have a small refrigerator.
Royal Suite – “The Big-One!”
Located on the upper deck of the boat, the Royal Suite or “The Big-One“ (45m²) offers the very best in terms of space and comfort. The suite is equipped with a large king-size double bed, spacious sitting area, shower and jacuzzi, TV / DVD, minibar and many other amenities in addition to two private French balconies, a private sun deck and almost 180 ° panoramic views.

All prices in the examples here are only for your liveaboard with diving, accommodation and any transfers when the liveaboard offers it in its prices.
The price examples are exclusive of international flights from Scandinavia.
On some liveaboards there may be fuel surcharges and port and marina fees which are sometimes paid in advance and sometimes on board the boat.

Flight prices are extremely volatile and can only be confirmed once you have booked and paid for your flights.
Exchange rates change daily but we try to keep them as current as possible. For many liveaboarders, one to two hotel nights before or after your liveaboard may be necessary. Hotel nights are not included in the prices here but are added. These nights are sometimes absolutely necessary to secure against possible flight delays and avoid problems with connecting flights on to your dream trip.
