Jardines Avalon II liveaboard in Cuba
Jardine's Avalon II liveaboard in Cuba is a 136-foot (45-meter) long and 25-foot (7,6-meter) wide steel boat. She is diesel-powered, cruises at 12 knots but can go up to 20. The boat has a spacious, air-conditioned saloon and dining area. Here there is a sun deck complete with jacuzzi, living room and deck chairs, stereo, shaded bar and barbecue. On board there is also a complete photo center with a digital video and computer for editing images. Full board included on board.
The boat has it as one live board expected to have and a little more. Your liveaboard Avalon II in Cuba is quite spacious and offers large common areas. The large saloon is located on the main deck and is a cozy space where everyone can gather and enjoy the full TV/media system. When you go upstairs to get to the upper deck, you will find the kitchen along with a restaurant-style dining room.
Here you will also find just as much space outside where you can hang out. There is also the jacuzzi tub. Most of the sundeck is shaded, but sunbeds are available for those who wish. There you can relax, work on your tan and enjoy the view of the beautiful Cuban archipelago. On the lower deck there is plenty of space to store your equipment and get ready for the day of diving. A delicious mix of dishes is served on board and you normally do three dives per day. Two dives on the last day which is Friday.
The diving
A typical day on board is usually adapted to the wishes of the guests but a rough schedule looks like this. The day begins with a wake-up call at 07.00:07.15. Coffee / tea is served ready, breakfast at 8. The diving instructors are ready to dive from 00:XNUMX. Fast dive tenders take you to the dive sites and allow guests to explore different sites each day. At the same time, you can enjoy the view of mangrove channels, virgin beaches, birds and other exuberant fauna during the trips. There is no chance for loneliness; Dive guides and crew are available every minute aboard Avalon II. Get ready to dive in Caribbean most prosperous coral reefs and many encounters with hajar.
The tours run Saturday to Saturday and the last night is always spent in port so that you can continue in Cuba the next morning.

Standard cab
10 cabins are on board with their own shower and toilet and air conditioning. All but two cabins have single beds that can be converted to a queen size bed. TV is available in the rooms.

Cabin Suite
2 suites are available on board with own toilet/shower and air conditioning. Both cabins can be used as single bed cabins or double beds. The cabins have a balcony. TV is available in the rooms.

All prices in the examples here are only for your liveaboard with diving, accommodation and any transfers when the liveaboard offers it in its prices.
The price examples are exclusive of international flights from Scandinavia.
On some liveaboards there may be fuel surcharges and port and marina fees which are sometimes paid in advance and sometimes on board the boat.

Flight prices are extremely volatile and can only be confirmed once you have booked and paid for your flights.
Exchange rates change daily but we try to keep them as current as possible. For many liveaboarders, one to two hotel nights before or after your liveaboard may be necessary. Hotel nights are not included in the prices here but are added. These nights are sometimes absolutely necessary to secure against possible flight delays and avoid problems with connecting flights on to your dream trip.
