Carpe Novo Diving in the Maldives, Diving trip with liveaboard

Carpe Novo liveaboard offers wonderful diving in the Maldives. As recently as April 2016, she took guests for the first time. Carpe Novo is a spacious and well-planned live board with room for a total of 22 divers who are distributed in 12 cabins. The ship has a large, lovely sun deck up on the top deck. On the upper deck there is a bar and outside there is a restaurant area where your meals are served. There is also a nice lounge on the main deck.

The cabins on board are well laid out and well sized, all have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. The cabins also have individual air conditioning and a safety deposit box. There are a total of 6 standard cabins, 4 junior suites with a double bed or two single beds. In addition, there are 2 affordable single suites with a queen bed, perfect for those who prefer to have a cabin to themselves.

Carpe Novo offers three and sometimes up to four dives a day. On board you have four dive guides on board with the aim of showing you the best of the Maldives. The guides are all Maldivian and have many years of experience in the dive sites. They usually know exactly how the strong currents behave and should be handled.

As all diving takes place from a dhoni (Maldivian diving boat), there is plenty of space on board Carpe Novo. The Dhonin simplifies diving as it is easier to get close to the reefs with the smaller boat. In addition, all diving equipment stays on the dhonin, which makes life on the ship relaxing and quiet as the compressors are on the dive boat. The staff takes care of your equipment and rinses off the salt water at the end of each day. You will experience that diving has rarely been so comfortable.
