Diving in Tulamben, Bali - This is a diving trip to Bali that we do as a family vacation with diving and socializing. The trip is for those of you who like to dive and relax with the family. Regardless of whether whole or part of families dive, this is a trip that everyone can go on. Bali is a wonderful island that offers relaxation and, in addition to diving and snorkeling, lots of activities and excursions. For those who want, it is possible to go on tours where you experience temples, waterfalls, markets and fun shopping. There is also space for relaxation with time for yoga and spa.
The food is generally very good and here there is culture and beautiful nature to experience. Here in northern Bali, you have your own little microclimate and the weather is usually very good. This trip is suitable for families and non-divers as well. There is the opportunity to snorkel and make excursions and a visit to an exciting tree house is also included.

Dive sites around Tulamben
Bali is one of these islands and is one of Indonesia's most popular diving and holiday destinations. With excellent accommodation, quality diving equipment and plenty of culture, great food and shopping, it comes as no surprise. Bali can be touristy in some areas, but it is possible to get away from the mass tourism and fully enjoy a family holiday, diving, snorkelling, sunbathing and good food.
The area around Tulamben and Seraya has plenty of dive sites within a 5-30 minute radius of Bali Dive Resort. All sites are suitable for both diving and snorkelling. The diving just off the resort's beach offers world-class macro diving and is a paradise for underwater photographers. Tulamben is best known for the wreck of the USS Liberty, but there is also beautiful wall diving and fantastic coral gardens. The spectacular Batu Kelibit slope offers colourful coral gardens and a rich marine life.
The Amed dive site is also only 20 minutes away and offers fantastic current dives, impressive coral reefs and the chance to see large pelagic species. On the island of Nusa Penida, which is off the coast, there is Manta Point, which basically guarantees diving with manta rays. When the huge animals come in to be groomed, it's a fantastic experience.
Bali Dive Resort and Spa
Bali Dive Resort offers good and comfortable accommodation and is located directly on the sea. The majestic Mount Agung is located a little south of the resort and offers a beautiful setting. The resort is only 5 minutes drive from Tulamben and is a perfect place for everyone. Whether you are a free diver, diver, non-diver or traveling with the family. The resort has its own dive center and a house reef that offers really good macro diving. The dive sites in Tulamben and Amed are all within a 5-30 minute drive from the hotel. Here at the resort there is a pool and large open areas and full board is included during your trip.
Itinerary day by day
Day 1
You leave Scandinavia and fly to Denpasar in Bali.
Day 2
TravelandaToday you will arrive at Denpasar Airport and be transferred to Bali Dive Resort and Spa where you will check in.
Day 2 – 10
10 nights accommodation in a double room including full board. 10 guided dives including tank, weights and guide and the possibility for those who wish to book a day trip to Nusa Penida with Manta Point for an additional fee. For those who are certified to dive with nitrox, that is also included. For those who do not dive, a day of snorkeling at Liberty wreck and Coral Garden is included. You also have a half-day trip to an exciting and fun tree house with footbridges that tickle your stomach when you walk over them. An experience.
Day 11
You check out from Bali Dive Resort and Spa and get a transfer back to Denpasar Airport. There you check in and get on the plane home to Scandinavia. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us.
