Diving trip to Bali in Tulamben – This will be a fantastic diving trip to Bali and Tulamben in Indonesia. This is for those who like to dive and relax with friends or alone. You will also be able to learn a lot and have time to socialize with other divers. Bali is a wonderful island that offers very good diving and time for relaxation. In addition to diving and snorkeling, there are also lots of activities and excursions. For those who want, you can go on tours where you experience temples, waterfalls, markets and fun shopping. There is also space for relaxation with time for yoga and spa.
Marine ecology, Marine biology, UV photo tips
Those who join this journey will have a unique opportunity to learn more about the interaction in nature. Ecologist Bent Christensen is on the journey. He will tell you more in a light-hearted way about what you can see and experience below the surface. About the interaction of species and war in nature.
Marine biologist Klas Malmberg is on the trip and will help identify species we have seen. Help you and others how to identify different groups of animals and where to find them and where to look. Knowledge that will make it easier for you to find more fun subjects.
You and the other group participants will have fantastic days with lots of diving. A full nine days of diving are included and you will see more in the complete travel program. There is also time for relaxation with rest, massage or just sitting in the shade and looking out over the sea. You will have a unique opportunity on this diving trip to Bali and Tulamben to learn more about nature and UV photography with all that it entails.
The resort is simple, definitely not luxury. It is one of the first to be built in Bali and is very strategically located right on the seafront near the most famous diving spots in Bali. There is a pool, spa, bar and restaurant. The rooms are simple but comfortable and all rooms have their own shower and toilet. Air conditioning and a safety deposit box are also available.
In the evenings we spread out and can try some of the local restaurants. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience fantastic and lots of diving as well as socializing and relaxing.

Along for the ride
We will have two ambassadors on this trip.
Ecologist Bent Christensen who has extensive experience in diving in Southeast Asia. Bent has been on many group trips over the years and will tell you more about the interaction in nature for and against each other.
Marine biologist Klas Malmberg, who has a wide knowledge of mainly sharks and nudibranchs, but also many other things in nature. A true expert in identifying species and having traveled extensively in Southeast Asia.
We will conduct a couple of lectures per day on the different topics on this dive trip to Bali and Tulamben in Indonesia in 2027.

Bali is truly a fantastic diving destination
Matahari Resort, Tulamben
Matahari Resort in Tulamben offers comfortable rooms and is close to a diving center and restaurant. Here by the sea you step into the water directly from the beach. You have access to several very nice dive sites outside the resort. This is also a perfect place for freedivers as well as divers. Here at the resort there is a pool, spa and restaurant and nearby there are some local restaurants where you can vary between the evenings. Breakfast is included in the trip and lots of diving.
Itinerary day by day
Day 1
You leave Scandinavia and fly to Denpasar in Bali.
Day 2
Travelandar in Bali and here there will be a transfer to Tulamben and Matahari resort where you check in.
Day 2 – 13
11 nights accommodation in a double room including breakfast. Lots of diving and lectures according to the program.
Day 13
Today you check out and have a transfer to the airport. For those who wish to extend the trip here, the adventure continues. Either in Bali or another place in Indonesia. Maybe you make a stop in, for example, Singapore on the way home and get a little big city in you. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us.
