Travel conditions

All customers have the right to cancel their trip. The following cancellation fees apply according to Scuba Travel's travel conditions (full conditions can be found in the downloadable PDF at the end of the page):

• In case of cancellation earlier than 90 days before departure, the traveler must pay the registration fee and any additional costs according to 3.2.1 of the travel conditions.
• In case of cancellation later than 90 days, but earlier than 30 days before departure, the traveler must pay 60% of the price of the trip and any additional costs according to 3.2.1 of the travel conditions.
• In case of cancellation 30 days or later before departure, the traveler must pay the full price of the trip. See conditions according to 3.2.1
• If there is no cancellation and the traveler does not show up at the time and place specified for the departure or he/she cannot participate in or complete the trip because he/she lacks the necessary documents for the trip such as a valid passport, necessary visas, etc. the organizer has the right to credit the total price of the trip. 

NOTE: Special conditions may apply to diving cruises, group tours and special arrangements. This is communicated in connection with booking. 

If the cancellation takes place less than 90 days before departure and final payment has not yet been received, the remaining amount must be paid immediately. Once a trip has begun, no refund will be made from Scuba Travel Scandinavia AB for parts of the trip that are not used.

Indicated content of excursions that Scuba Travel has in its information, e.g. the content of the trip, number of dives, diving in a particular place, are specified for optimal conditions. For example, political decisions or authority decisions, weather etc. can affect the content of the trip. The responsible dive leader or captain always has the right to change the content of the trip due to the reasons just mentioned or other reasons that are beyond his control and which may endanger the safety of the passengers or the ship. In the event of such a change, the traveler has no right to compensation or reimbursement. See condition 5.1

Scuba Travel has the right to change the price according to clause 5.2. in our travel conditions.
